The lowlights lol

We all know of some great highlights for many different subjects, but no one seems to pay attention to the underachievers lulz. IGN decided to address this with their new post "The Gaming Lowlights of 2010" Check it out using the link below.
The Gaming Lowlights of 2010

A horrid winter to come

I was just watching the News and all I was seeing were different instances in which there were weather tragedies happening in the world right now, usually Canada is excluded from this category but the weather patterns are reaching as close as London, Ontario (I live in Toronto). In addition to this I was seeing reports of excessive wind and snow in areas like Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island (P.E.I). This could potentially foreshadow some bad events for the near future, because if Nova Scotia and the other maritime provinces are losing power, and other places like London, New York and other eastern US states reaching 40-74 cm which is massive should entail great difficulty for pedestrians. Reporters are warning to everyone to stay home; airports are closed and power is down, this is going to be a horrible winter!

Epic Star Wars Poster that I bought

Had this poster for a while but I didn't frame it until now, it looks so awesome.

A look back at Christmas

This was the first Christmas that I didn't have the luxuries of having my mom cook for me, I spent the beginning of the day alone at home lol :(
I also didn't have any presents which was a huge bummer
Luckily I had the Mass effect 2 demo to occupy my time, such a great game, I'm really anticipating its release on the Playstation 3 in January
Going back to Christmas, this year was really different for me. Going into my second year at the University of Toronto, and also living on campus, exposed me to a lot of different people, who encouraged me to explore my beliefs. The conclusions drawn from my journey of discovery were that a lot of the religions were pagan and that atheism is a very valid standpoint, which is the one that I take. So what I'm alluding to with this is that I don't fully see the value in Christmas anymore, so it's weird that my beliefs in Christmas and the events concurrently happening were coinciding with each other to give my atheist standpoint more validity.

I guess next year I'll just create my own holiday on the 25th of December, I'll call it Kadee"mas" :p
