Children in Time

I was on Facebook this morning, and this Filipino girl I used to talk to last year is pregnant. I was so shocked, in my head I was just like, "Where has time gone?" and "Where am I going?"

Tough questions for a single guy, but I don't think because everyone around me is having children is any reason to jump the gun. My time will come and i'd rather be prepared to handle new circumstances that arise as opposed to struggling through them. I definitely am excited though, having a child is a revelatory experience that is sure to be life changing, as I would expect it to be.

Until then I will continue to take upon things that I can handle, there is no sense in overburdening yourself.
